Requirements & Timeline
The following documents are required to subscribe to our monitoring services in Macau:
1 Trademark details: text, owner, class and class products/services.
2 In the case of a device trademark it is necessary that we receive the image and the Trademark Figure Code (Vienna).
If the client intends to proceed with a contestation after one of our monitoring service alerts, we will provide a detailed report in advance with the arguments and expected success rate of an eventual opposition.
